Subscription Information
THE UNIVERSITY BOOKMAN (ISSN 0441-9265) is published up to four times a year by the Educational Reviewer, Inc. In the United States and Canada, subscriptions are twenty dollars annually (ten dollars of which is a tax-deductible contribution to the Educational Reviewer, Inc.). Foreign subscriptions are thirty dollars annually. These rates apply to public and institutional libraries, as well as to individual subscribers.
Subscription orders may be made online; sent by postal mail to the circulation office of the University Bookman, Intercollegiate Studies Institute, P.O. Box 4431, Wilmington, DE 19807; by phone 1 (800) 526-7022; or via e-mail to subs@isi.org. Payment may be by check, MasterCard, or Visa. Please allow six to eight weeks for your subscription to be processed. Changes of address, undeliverable copies, and requests for back issues should also be directed to the same address, phone number, or email.
